GRP ILUMINACION, S.A.U. is a company with a strong commitment to supplying state-of-the-art technological products to its customers. This commitment represents a key pillar of our business model and is reflected in the decisions made by GRP’s responsible personnel when determining which companies may collaborate in the supply of raw materials, parts, components, products, or services to GRP.
Furthermore, this procedure is part of a continuous improvement policy aimed at enhancing the performance and quality of our products, as has been consistently implemented to date.
Accordingly, GRP ILUMINACION, S.A.U. operates under a Quality Management System and Environmental Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, demonstrating that all internal processes follow a globally recognized quality standard and that efforts are made to minimize environmental impact.
As a result, all of our customers are aware of GRP’s strong commitment to quality. This commitment necessarily leads to the ongoing evaluation of quality and environmental management indicators associated with the raw materials, parts, components, or services supplied by our providers, in accordance with the requirements established by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and as currently carried out by our staff.
The quality indicators used by our personnel to evaluate suppliers are those defined in contractual agreements or in the specifications of the supplied raw materials, parts, or components.
All received products and/or services are subject to inspection upon receipt. All suppliers are evaluated annually based on their level of compliance with specifications, with an incident rate exceeding 3% being considered grounds for agreement review. Based on the above, a classification system is applied to all suppliers. Should a supplier’s rating be modified due to non-compliance with the criteria described above, the supplier will be duly notified so that appropriate corrective actions may be taken.
